About the Role
MSK Real Estate seeks an experienced Real Estate Administrator to manage Bayut and Property Finder listings, coordinate with agents, and support secondary market sales and leasing teams.

Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage property listings on Bayut and Property Finder
- Ensure listings have valid Trakheesi permits, accurate property details, quality images, and timely updates
- Monitor live listings, update availability, and archive inactive or expired properties
- Coordinate with agents to collect property information, documents, and photos for listing publication
- Support secondary sales and leasing teams with DLD documentation, NOCs, title deeds, tenancy contracts, and other administrative requirements
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, leads, and transactions in the CRM
- Generate listing performance and operational reports
- Coordinate with marketing team on featured listings, portal promotions, open houses, and property handovers
- Handle day to day administrative tasks and respond to portal and client enquiries professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate administration experience
- Proven experience with Bayut and Property Finder
- Good knowledge of DLD, Trakheesi, and Ejari procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Hindi or Arabic is an advantage
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
