The role focuses on building a property pipeline, selling listings, closing deals, and developing a long-term client base in Dubai.
Role Activities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with support from company leads.
- Sell property listings and focus on closing deals.
- Develop a client base, professional reputation, and long-term real estate career.
- Use back-office, marketing, training, and coaching support to generate business and improve market knowledge.
Company Support
- High-earning commission structure.
- Fresh leads and pipeline support.
- Back-office support for operational activities.
- Property inventory across Dubai.
- Marketing support, training, coaching, and career growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced real estate agents are preferred, particularly those with Dubai real estate experience.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, including for freshers.
- English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
- Confidence, strong communication, ambition, and willingness to learn are valued.
Location and Employment
- Full-time, onsite role based in Business Bay, Dubai.
- Work is conducted in person.
