What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Generate new business through networking, calls, and market expertise.
  • List and market properties using premium tools and platforms.
  • Conduct property viewings and valuations.
  • Negotiate and close high value real estate transactions.
  • Stay up to date with Dubai market trends and regulations.
  • Deliver a high end, consultative client experience from start to finish.

You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Are

  • Highly motivated, target driven, and financially ambitious.
  • Confident, professional, and resilient.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive self starter with a growth mindset.
  • Experienced in sales, customer service, or a target driven environment (preferred but not essential).
  • In possession of a valid driving licence.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
