Requirements
- Previous real estate experience or previous sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confident negotiator with proactive business development approach
- Self motivated, ambitious and target driven
- Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
- Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
- Experience using CRM systems and property portals is beneficial
- Candidates already based in Dubai or looking to relocate to the UAE

The Role
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and provide expert advice on Dubai's property market.
- Work closely with marketing and support teams to grow personal brand and maximise earning potential.
