Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Reporting:**
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• **VAT & Compliance:**
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, file VAT returns, and stay updated on local regulatory requirements.
• **Month-End Close:**
• Execute month-end, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations.
• **Accounts Payable/Receivable:**
• Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
• **Analysis & Reporting:**
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
• **Audit Support:**
• Prepare documentation and assist with internal/external audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a

Chartered Accountant

• **Experience:**
• 3–7 years of professional real estate accounting experience.
• **Technical Skills:**
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• **Regulatory Knowledge:**
• Deep understanding of IFRS and UAE tax laws (VAT).
• **Soft Skills:**
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for a diverse, multicultural work environment.
• Salary up to 10,000AED depending on experience.
