Role Overview

  • We are hiring dedicated Secondary Market Agents who are community specialists, focusing on a specific area, building local relationships, and acting as the go to person for ready properties for sales and rentals.
  • This is not a generic multi area role; we believe in depth over breadth.

Your day to day will involve

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data driven advice.
  • Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings.
  • Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation.
  • Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Previous real estate experience is a must.
  • UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
  • Professional appearance and client focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong interest in building a career in Dubai's real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
