- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with senior leadership to plan and drive organisational development and workforce planning
- Lead full cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection)
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires including orientation and induction
- Maintain positive employee relations, address concerns, and support conflict resolution
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Implement performance management systems including reviews, KPIs, and feedback processes
- Support training and development to grow employee capabilities
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE Labour Law requirements
- Ensure compliance with work permits, visa processes, contracts, and statutory requirements
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards
- Conduct benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness
Requirements
- Experience in HR management
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in real estate industry preferred

Role Overview
- As the HR Manager, you will lead and oversee all Human Resources functions to support strategic growth, ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, and develop HR initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- You will be instrumental in shaping the company culture, driving talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
