Job Overview
**AAF PRESTIGE PROPETIES** seeking a motivated and self-driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic real estate brokerage based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
You will act as a key point of contact between buyers, sellers, and landlords, ensuring a smooth and professional property transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings in the Dubai real estate market
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional and timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Stay updated with Dubai property laws, market trends, and new developments
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
