Location: Dubai, UAE
AAF Prestige Properties LLC is looking for a driven Property Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Dubai.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling premium off-plan projects to investors and end-users across the UAE and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell off-plan properties and secondary to clients
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep up to date with market trends and new launches
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan and secondary experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and target-driven
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian/Hindi/other languages a plus)
