About the Role
The company is seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agent to join its Abu Dhabi team.
The role generates new business, builds client relationships, and guides clients through buying, selling, leasing, and investment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build client relationships and recommend properties based on client requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and present available opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and support clients through transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to support smooth and timely closings.
- Promote listings through online and social media channels.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Chinese language ability and fluent English are required.
- Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field is preferred.
- An active UAE real estate license is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, sales, and business development abilities are required.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and property values is required.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Customer-service, relationship-management, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- CRM systems, real estate portals, and digital marketing tools are advantageous.
