Role Overview
The company is seeking a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Real Estate Agent.
No real estate experience is required because full training and ongoing support are provided.
The role supports clients with property viewings, negotiations, and sales or rental transactions.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Track current market rates and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Follow up with leads, generate listings, and contact potential clients.
- Promote listings, take professional property photographs, and work toward sales and commission targets.
- Negotiate prices and offers and manage contracts and paperwork for property transactions.
Qualifications
- Sales industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluent English and good communication skills are required.
- Good negotiation, organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- A UK or UAE driving license is required.
- Candidates should be reliable, punctual, committed, resilient, professional, and able to handle rejection.
