Lettings and sales role
Manage the purchase, sale, and letting of residential property in Dubai.
The role combines property marketing, valuations, viewings, negotiations, client follow-up, and transaction coordination.
Salary
- Compensation is commission only.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai and involves property valuations, viewings, networking, and transaction-related meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collect property information and arrange marketing materials.
- Stay current with Dubai residential property rules and regulations.
- Create and attend property valuations and viewings.
- Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords through offer stage.
- Monitor sales and lettings with support from sales progression and home move advisory teams.
- Make care calls and follow up with clients after viewings.
- Track local market trends and generate new business through the company database and networking.
- Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other real estate agencies.
