Role Overview
ASG Properties Dubai is seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Agents for its growing team.
The company provides tools, training, quality leads, marketing support, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Handle primary off-plan and secondary market transactions.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market research.
- Build relationships with clients and property owners.
- Negotiate deals and manage transactions professionally.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of real estate experience in the primary and/or secondary market.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented approach.
- Professional and client-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
