Role Overview
ASG Properties is seeking a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality leads, manage online campaigns, and support the sales team with potential clients.
The role targets candidates who understand the real estate market and are confident and target-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified buyer and seller leads through online and offline channels.
- Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and property portals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data.
- Conduct follow-ups and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure smooth lead handling.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
