Requirements
- Previous real estate sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE residency or visa is preferred.
- Valid Broker Card is an advantage.
- Russian and Arabic language proficiency is required.

- Perform real estate sales activities in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Work with property listings and use available marketing support to promote opportunities.
- Communicate and negotiate with prospective property clients.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the administrative and marketing teams.
- Pursue sales goals within the company's commission structure.
