Desea Global Properties LLC is an international real estate brokerage founded in 2015 and operating in the UAE.

Desea Changyu Family Office provides property allocation, residency and citizenship planning, tax optimization, trust structures, and inheritance solutions for global families.

Role Description

The full-time consultant role is based on-site in Dubai.

The consultant will provide wealth management services to high-net-worth clients, focusing on Chinese-speaking clientele.

The role covers financial, investment, and citizenship planning aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Construct, analyze, and manage diversified portfolios across asset classes and jurisdictions.
  • Support clients’ multijurisdictional wealth strategies.
  • Monitor global market trends, regulatory developments, and real estate investment opportunities.
  • Explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning and citizenship planning.
  • Strong expertise in investments and finance, including portfolio construction and analysis.
  • Experience delivering wealth management services covering asset allocation, risk management, and multigenerational planning.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
  • Relevant background in finance, economics, immigration, real estate, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients or family offices is preferred, particularly in international or cross-border settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, discretion, and client service orientation are required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment is required.
