- Prepare contracts, forms, and other documentation
- Maintain office supplies and general administrative duties
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication
- Support management with day to day office operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
