- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Maintain CRM system, including regularly contacting owners to confirm property availability
- Prepare listings, including verification and Trakheesi permits
- Prepare forms e.g. A, B, F etc.
- Prepare tenancy contracts
- Manage digital filing, ensuring brokers centrally save supporting documents
- Draft company emails, letters and presentations
- Handle developer registration, renewals, and gathering materials
Requirements
- Real Estate experience minimum of 1 year
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google, Meta
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Expert user of Bayut portal
