Job Summary
We seek a skilled
Admin Officer
to manage end-to-end real estate transactions, oversee critical documentation processes, and support clients, agents, and developers.
This role involves legal and operational oversight, ensuring compliance, and fostering excellent client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate operations, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Transaction & Document Management
· Prepare and execute
Sales Offers, Reservation Forms, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs),
and other contracts.
· Manage
joint venture agreements, property development contracts, and agency agreements.
· Develop and implement
pricing strategies, payment plans, and sales offers.
· Coordinate mortgage processes, liaising with banks for approvals and support.
· Support external developers with transactions and manage NOCs for property resales.
· Handle legal terminations for non-paying clients and maintain centralized document repositories.
Client & Stakeholder Support
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates.
· Facilitate
Oqood registrations, SPA signings, payment plans, and commission management.
· Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and contract completion.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed project information and resolving complaints.
Coordination & Compliance
· Manage
post-handover services, warranty follow-ups, and property maintenance issues.
· Oversee project registrations, inspections, and escrow payment activations.
· Align sales strategies with team objectives and ensure timely inventory updates.
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout project stages.
Collections & Financial Oversight
· Issue collection notices for unpaid installments and collaborate on forecasting.
· Manage commission payments, fee waivers, and payment extensions with high accuracy.
