About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations and employee records
- Handle recruitment and hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate visa, labour, medical insurance, and employee documentation processes
- Manage Emiratisation requirements and UAE National employee files in compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepare HR reports, employee evaluations, attendance reports, warning letters, and official HR documentation
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate evaluations with department managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of proven HR experience within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, employee relations, and HR operations
- Hands on experience in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR administration
- Experience in handling UAE National employment requirements, including Emiratisation procedures, pension registration, GPSSA requirements
- Experience managing employee medical insurance processes
- Ability to prepare employee performance evaluations, KPI tracking reports, warning letters
- Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills
- Must provide experience certificates/references from previous UAE employers
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and HR systems/software
- Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred

- Experience managing employee medical insurance processes including enrollment, renewals, additions, deletions, and coordination with insurance providers.
- Ability to prepare employee performance evaluations, KPI tracking reports, warning letters, and performance improvement follow ups.
- Strong reporting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must provide experience certificates/references from previous UAE employers.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
- Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
