About the role
- We're looking for a sharp, detail driven Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of our day to day operations.
- A core part of the role is maintaining the quality of our property listings across Property Finder and Bayut.
- You'll also take on a range of administrative responsibilities, from preparing tenancy contracts to coordinating with agents.
What you'll do
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality of our listings across Property Finder and Bayut — accuracy, completeness, imagery, descriptions, and pricing.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and related documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with agents to gather property details, supporting documents, and the information needed to keep listings and paperwork up to date.
- Cross check listing and contract data against our internal records to catch errors, duplicates, and missing information.
- Manage listing uploads, refreshes, and updates in line with each portal's requirements.
- Handle general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly.
- Keep our processes organised, documented, and consistent.
What we're looking for
- Tech savvy – comfortable picking up new software quickly and confident working across portals, spreadsheets, and online tools.
- Hands on knowledge of Property Finder and Bayut – you understand how each platform works and what makes a listing perform well.
- Systematic thinker – you build and follow processes, and you keep things organised even when juggling volume.
- Critical thinker – you don't just complete tasks; you question why something is the way it is and how it could be done better.
- Sharp and detail oriented – accuracy matters to you, and small errors genuinely bother you.
- Strong written English and good communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a Dubai real estate or property admin role is an advantage.
Compensation
- AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month, depending on the candidate's real estate experience and relevant qualifications.
Work arrangement
- The role currently offers the privilege of working from home, and may be offered as remote, hybrid, or on site in future depending on the candidate and operational requirements.
