High-Value Transactions \| Commission-Driven \| Luxury Sales Consultant

We are expanding our commercial division and are seeking Luxury

Real Estate Brokers

with the motivation and ambition to be the next top broker.

This role is designed for professionals who already understand the sales and are looking for a platform that offers

serious deal flow, operational support and uncapped earning potential,

without micromanagement.

Your Role

  • Leverage your position with the Espace market presence to source and close sales and leasing transactions
  • Advise investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets
  • Structure and negotiate high-value transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Conduct market-led advisory using in-depth knowledge of pricing, yields, and demand drivers
  • Present professional investment proposals, feasibility insights, and comparative market analysis
  • Maintain and expand relationships with developers, landlords, institutional investors, and private clients
  • Stay current with RERA regulations, zoning, and market movements
  • Operate with full autonomy while upholding exceptional client service standards

What We’re Looking For

  • No Real Estate experience required - all training is provided
  • Confidence in relationship building
  • Sales Experience is desirable but not essential
  • Self-managed, and results-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and advisory skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage) but not essential
  • Valid driving license
  • Financial stability to operate in a commission-based environment
  • Attested education certificate
