About the Role
Recro is seeking a React Native Developer to contribute to high-quality mobile applications.
The role focuses on React Native, JavaScript or TypeScript, mobile development, and scalable user-friendly products.
The position is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid schedule requiring two days working from the office.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of React Native development experience.
- Strong React Native and React fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
- Understanding of Android development fundamentals.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with Redux or Zustand for state management.
- Understanding of REST APIs and mobile application architecture.
- Knowledge of unit testing with Jest or React Native Testing Library.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable components.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on new features.
- Evaluate UI/UX technical feasibility and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, documented, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Android native development.
- Experience with Redux Saga, Lerna, or similar libraries.
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
