HireAlpha is seeking a React Native Consultant to lead enterprise mobile application development and modernization.
The role focuses on high performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.

Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of overall software or mobile development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Strong experience in iOS and Android development.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and security.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, and application deployment.
- Banking or FinTech experience is highly preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the development and modernization of enterprise mobile applications using React Native.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile application architecture.
- Develop reusable components and implement state management and navigation.
- Optimize application performance and user experience across iOS and Android.
- Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, authentication solutions, and native modules.
- Implement mobile security, coding standards, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor developers and establish mobile development best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, architecture, security, and QA teams.
- Support deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
