HireAlpha is seeking a Project Lead or Project Manager to drive strategic business and technology projects end-to-end.
The role supports projects within the investment banking domain and is based in Dubai.
Experience and Domain
- The role requires 7–10 years of experience.
- Strong investment banking domain experience is mandatory.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project development life cycle.
- Develop business cases and project proposals.
- Manage project planning, scope, budget and schedule.
- Manage stakeholders and governance.
- Manage RAID items, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Manage vendors and commercial activities.
- Use Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Manage UAT, implementation and go-live activities.
- Provide executive reporting and manage steering committees.
Preferred Certification
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
