Role Description
The Owner role at RCJustKiddin is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
The Owner oversees daily operations, including planning and managing events, coordinating kids’ activities and inflatables, and ensuring high-quality entertainment and decoration services.
This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, handling vendor relationships, and maintaining safety and service standards.
The Owner also contributes to business development by promoting services, engaging with clients, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning and management, including coordinating activities and entertainment for diverse age groups.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Basic financial and business management skills, such as budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiation.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, partners, and staff.
- Knowledge of safety standards and risk management for events, particularly those involving children and inflatables.
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing event concepts, themes, and decorations.
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
