Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and successful execution of the ECNDT 2026 conference
- Oversee program development, including theme selection, session planning, and coordination with scientific and technical committees
- Supervise event logistics, manage budgets, negotiate with venues and vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
- Guide marketing and outreach efforts to attract attendees and contributors
- Lead cross functional teams, monitor progress against milestones, and address operational challenges
Requirements
- Experience in conference or large scale event management, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on site operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of guiding cross functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Background in engineering, science, or a related technical field; familiarity with non destructive testing or inspection technologies is highly beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the conference to sponsors, partners, and international participants
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic planning, problem solving, and decision making in complex, fast paced environments
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic office software; experience with event management platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work full time on site in New Delhi and to travel as needed for partner meetings, site visits, and outreach activities
- Relevant higher education degree in management, engineering, science, or a related discipline; prior experience in international or technical conferences is a plus

Role Description
- The Owner role for ECNDT 2026 is a full time, on site position based in New Delhi, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and successful execution of the conference.
- The Owner oversees program development, including theme selection, session planning, and coordination with scientific and technical committees.
- Daily tasks include supervising event logistics, managing budgets, negotiating with venues and vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
