Role overview
The Royal Ballet and Opera is seeking an experienced Schools Programme Officer for its Learning and Participation department.
The role supports delivery of schools work across the country through administrative, event, logistical and financial support.
The position is based in Covent Garden with some travel.
Contract and pay
- This is a permanent contract.
- The role is full time at 40 hours per week, worked across five days out of seven.
- Salary is £31,720 per annum.
Core responsibilities
- Enable delivery of the organisation's schools programmes across the country.
- Provide administrative, event, logistical and financial support across programme activities.
- Plan and run events from concept to delivery.
- Work with teachers, artists, technicians, students, administrative staff and members of the public.
Candidate requirements
- Knowledge and experience working in an arts education context.
- Strong administration, organisational and digital literacy skills.
