We're hiring Railcar Preppers to help prepare railcars for the safe transportation of vehicles across the country. This is a physically active role where your work directly impacts daily operations and keeps the automotive supply chain moving.

Whether you have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse operations, automotive work, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environments, we want to hear from you.

As a Railcar Prepper, you'll work outdoors in an industrial rail yard and be responsible for:

Inspecting railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns

Opening and securing railcar doors and equipment

Removing debris using backpack blowers and hand tools

Preparing railcars for loading and transport

Identifying repair needs and reporting issues

Safely operating tools and equipment

Following all company, customer, and industry safety standards

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable with physical labor, including: Climbing Bending Stooping Lifting Walking and standing throughout the shift

Climbing
