Railroad Track Maintenance Supervisor

We need someone who can manage both the work and the people doing it.

Hands-on experience with railroad track maintenance, construction, repair, or similar rail operations Previous leadership experience supervising employees, crews, foremen, or field operations Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and changing priorities Comfortable working with schedules, reports, billing documentation, customer communication, and basic business development activity

A strong Railroad Track Maintenance Supervisor should be able to walk a jobsite, understand what the crew is doing, recognize problems early, and help get them resolved.

You should also be comfortable holding people accountable, communicating expectations clearly, and building relationships with both employees and customers. This role requires someone who can move between the field and the administrative side of the operation without losing sight of safety, quality, or productivity.
