Radiology Reporting Coordinator

Collaborate with clinical operation teams with the primary focus of supporting all clinical applications related to radiologist dictations and reporting.

Work and communicate with radiologists providing RIS support, as needed.

Work with the System Solutions Team to implement and adjust workflows to improve efficiencies in case distribution and management.

Manage all radiologist worklists including but not limited to: All Problem, All Pending Dictation, Critical Results, All Pending, and All Suspended. Escalating concerns as needed

Collaborate with Clinical System Solution Teams to test and implement new software and functionalities related to radiologist workflows.

Present findings and recommendations as part of workflow and software implementation.

Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; following established protocols.

Call referring physicians to assist radiologist with delivering critical results findings, following established protocols.

Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Provide coverage for all positions within case management and reporting division as needed.
