R&D PDM Raw Materials Assistant

Science-based degree, with experience in an R&D or Regulatory environment, working with data systems (TDS, databases)

Basic knowledge & understanding of Raw Materials including composition, raw material functions, systems & database

Excellent attention to detail, accurate, with a proven ability to work under pressure without compromise

Results oriented and self-motivated, with planning and organizational capabilities and good problem-solving skills

Passionate and willing to embrace new challenges

Good communication & interpersonal skills, ability to develop positive collaborative relationships

System-savvy: broad knowledge of computerised systems, database management and reporting applications

Strong analytical skills: aptitude to analyse and understand data in various forms, and provide both detailed and synthetic reporting

Experience of working in FMCG or related industry, particularly with Reckitt types of products (preferred not essential).

The business language is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in other languages is advantageous.

Comfortable with working in a remote managed environment.

Experience of handling data: creating database, PowerApps, PBi etc
