- Identify payment discrepancies, cost variances, and non compliance issues
- Support audits, financial closeouts, and centralized commercial reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation and commercial record management
- Liaise with site teams to validate completed work and material deliveries
Requirements
- 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience within construction projects
- Strong experience in either Civil or MEP quantity surveying
- Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of BOQ, subcontract management, cost control, and payment certification
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, or large scale project environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Overview
- TalentHive Saudi Arabia is hiring Quantity Surveyors for Civil and MEP disciplines to support commercial and project operations across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah).
- The role involves close coordination with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Operations teams.
