- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs
- Analyse project scope and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Perform detailed quantity take offs
- Prepare rate build ups and pricing schedules
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
- Coordinate tender clarifications with clients and consultants
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimisation exercises
- Support negotiations and post tender activities
- Handover awarded projects to the Operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience within dedicated Tendering, Estimation, or Pre Contracts Departments
- Proven contractor side experience
- Demonstrated ownership of the complete tender lifecycle from tender receipt through to final submission
- Strong estimation experience across HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Chilled Water Systems, Water Supply & Drainage, Mechanical Plant Rooms, Mechanical Infrastructure Piping Systems
- Strong understanding of BOQs, Quantity Take Offs, Cost Estimation, Supplier & Subcontractor RFQs, Technical Proposal Preparation, Commercial Proposal Preparation, Pricing Strategy, Tender Clarifications

Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience within dedicated: Tendering Departments, Estimation Departments, Pre Contracts Departments
- Proven contractor side experience
- Demonstrated ownership of the complete tender lifecycle from tender receipt through to final submission
- Strong estimation experience across the majority of the following: HVAC Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Chilled Water Systems, Water Supply & Drainage, Mechanical Plant Rooms, Mechanical Infrastructure Piping Systems
- Strong understanding of: BOQs, Quantity Take Offs, Cost Estimation, Supplier & Subcontractor RFQs, Technical Proposal Preparation, Commercial Proposal Preparation, Pricing Strategy, Tender Clarifications

- Large Building Construction Projects, Industrial & Infrastructure Projects
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience
