• Commercial Management Manage post-contract commercial activities across assigned projects. Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Evaluate project risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies. Assist in achieving project profitability targets.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership or working towards membership of RICS, AIQS, CIOB, or equivalent.
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, with proven experience at QS level, MENA experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Strong track record of delivering accurate, complete, and high-quality outputs.
