Contract AdministrationInterpret and administer contract terms and conditions.Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.Handle contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Cost Control & Financial ManagementMonitor project budgets and track costs against approved budgets.Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.Identify cost risks and implement mitigation strategies.Variations & Change ManagementEvaluate, negotiate, and process variation orders.Prepare and submit variation claims with proper documentation.Assess subcontractor variation claims.Valuations & PaymentsPrepare interim valuations and payment applications.Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments.Track payments and ensure timely invoicing and collections.Claims & Dispute ResolutionPrepare and manage contractual claims (e.g., delays, prolongation costs).Support dispute resolution processes (negotiation, arbitration, etc.).Maintain proper records to support claims.Subcontract ManagementAdminister subcontract agreements.Monitor subcontractor performance and payments.Finalize subcontract accounts.Final Account SettlementPrepare and agree on final accounts with clients and subcontractors.Ensure closure of all financial and contractual matters.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate project records (costs, contracts, variations).Generate regular co
