Job Description
We are urgently hiring a **Quantity Surveyor** for our **interior fit-out projects in the UAE.** The ideal candidate will have experience in site-based quantity surveying within fit-out works and will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, and site coordination.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site measurements and quantity take-offs
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and material tracking
- Handle variations, progress claims, and cost monitoring
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers
- Attend site visits and ensure accurate project documentation
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
- Must have experience in **Interior Fit-Out projects**
- Valid **UAE Driving License is required**
- **Willing to work on-site and travel for site visits**
- Knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and cost control processes
- Immediate availability is an advantage
