Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Post-Contract) Waterproofing or False Ceiling
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all post-contract quantity surveying activities
- Prepare and evaluate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
- Conduct site measurements for waterproofing
- Conduct site measurements for false ceiling works
- Review subcontractor invoices, claims, and payments
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients
- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
