Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Process employee joining, transfers, resignations, and terminations
- Coordinate visa, labour, and Emirates ID documentation with the PRO
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping
- Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and other HR correspondence
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Coordinate training and performance evaluation activities
- Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
