Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and cost comparisons
- Evaluate contractor quotations and support cost effective project execution
- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating retail development projects
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple locations
- Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation
- Develop detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings for retail layouts, interiors, and MEP coordination
- Create 3D design models and visualizations for design development and presentations
- Convert concepts into technical drawings for contractors and vendors
- Update drawings based on project requirements and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, construction requirements, and local regulations
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Operations, Finance, and Leasing teams
- Support approvals from landlords, malls, and authorities through accurate documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in retail fit out, commercial projects, or project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PlanSwift, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of retail fit out standards, UAE building codes, and mall regulations
- Ability to combine technical, commercial, and design skills in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with retail fit out experience and strong AutoCAD & 3D design skills to join our Real Estate & Development team.
- The ideal candidate will support retail store fit outs, refurbishments, and new store openings by managing cost planning, tendering, design coordination, and project documentation.
- This role combines commercial expertise with technical design capabilities to ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality standards, and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
