About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals
- Conduct rate analysis and cost comparisons
- Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements
- Prepare and evaluate Interim Payment Applications (IPA)
- Measure completed works and prepare valuations
- Manage variation orders, claims, and change requests
- Track budgets and identify potential cost overruns
- Assist in preparation and settlement of final accounts
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, Primavera, Planswift or similar

Job Summary
- Seeking a motivated and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor to join construction team in Dubai.
- Ideal candidate should have hands on experience in both Pre Contract and Post Contract Quantity Surveying functions for residential and commercial building projects.
Pre Contract Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost estimation.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare tender submissions and commercial proposals.

Post Contract Responsibilities
- Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

- Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, Primavera, Planswift or similar.
Preferred Knowledge
- FIDIC Contracts.
- RICS Standards.
- NRM2 / POMI / CESMM Measurement Standards.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 per month based on experience.
