Role Overview
Manage construction cost planning, estimating, tendering, budgeting, and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, measurement, procurement, and financial analysis.

Estimating and Tendering
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction and engineering projects.
- Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurements for materials, labor, equipment, and construction activities.
- Develop pricing for materials, subcontractor works, labor, plant, preliminaries, and other project costs.
- Analyze historical cost data, supplier quotations, market rates, and project information.
- Prepare BOQs, schedules of rates, pricing schedules, and tender documentation.
- Identify tender scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and potential commercial risks.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare commercial bid evaluations.
- Support tender preparation, submission, negotiation, and post-tender clarification activities.
