The role supports the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of automated machinery and mechatronic systems.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, install, and maintain mechatronic and automated systems.
- Support projects involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control components.
- Install, configure, test, and commission automated machinery and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, controls, and mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, calibration, and root-cause analysis.
- Support robotics, conveyors, machine vision, automated production systems, upgrades, retrofits, and expansion projects.
- Monitor equipment performance, downtime, reliability, productivity, cycle time, and operational safety.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports, procedures, and equipment documentation.
- Train technicians and operators and work with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechatronics, automation, electrical, mechanical, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in mechatronics, industrial automation, equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or engineering support.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of automated machinery and industrial equipment.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- PLC experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industrial robots, conveyors, machine vision, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networks is preferred or beneficial.
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals and use diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of maintenance, equipment reliability, workplace safety, technical documentation, and reporting.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or emergency maintenance support when required.
- Relevant technical, PLC, or automation certifications are advantageous.
