What You Will Do
- Complete comprehensive training in quantitative equity investment management.
- Join a specialized group based on a combination of fit and preference.
- Build, scale, manage, monitor, or trade quantitative models and portfolios depending on placement.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from senior team members.
- Potential areas include investment process management, quantitative research, portfolio construction, and market implementation.
Potential Team Groups
Investment Process Management builds scalable, efficient, and robust process management systems supporting investment insights and daily trades.
Quantitative Research generates and tests investment ideas and develops models contributing to stock forecasts.
Portfolio Construction develops optimization and portfolio monitoring systems and analyzes markets and portfolio exposures.
