Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A Master's degree is preferred
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python
- Experience in C++ Development
- Minimum 3 years experience of production Python development
- Experience with statistical libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Polars
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and geographically distributed environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash
- Experience with workflow management and task scheduling
- Good knowledge of both Equities and Equity Derivatives trading
- Anticipated New York annual base salary of $150,000-$200,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
