Quality Technician

Competency in Excel and other inspection software.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Engineering/Metrology preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles, with programming or lab testing experience.

Must be able to work assigned shifts and overtime when required.

This position is for the working hours of 7am-3pm, Mon-Fri.

Program and operate CMM and Faro Arm to measure prototype and production components.

Verify dimensional features against CAD models, blueprints, and specifications.

Perform laboratory testing, calibration of measuring/torquing-equipment, and ensure cleanliness standards.

Record and analyze inspection results in inspection software, Excel, and company databases.

Generate Inspection Reports, SNCRs, and throughput logs.

Support prototype kickoff inspections and create feature documentation.

Ensure inspection and lab equipment are calibrated, maintained, and properly used.

Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and production teams to resolve quality issues.

Report findings to supervisors and management with recommended corrective actions.

Comply with company safety standards and EMS requirements.

Train and mentor inspectors on inspection techniques and equipment.

Provide technical support for root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Fill in for Quality Inspectors as needed during peak demand or absence.
