We're doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company that already has an audience of 100M+ people. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints. You're not here to inherit a decade of flaky tests and silent outages. You're here to build quality and reliability practices from scratch, using AI tools to move faster and catch more than was ever possible before.

The Product

You'll be part of a small team setting the quality and reliability bar for a consumer-facing platform shipping to millions of users. The work spans automated testing, CI/CD integration, and production monitoring across a fast-moving, AI-native engineering org. That means:

Automated test coverage across unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing that catches regressions before they reach users.

CI/CD pipelines with quality gates that give every engineer fast, reliable feedback on every commit.

Production monitoring and alerting that surfaces real issues quickly so the team can respond before users notice.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain automated test suites across mobile and backend surfaces, with a focus on coverage, reliability, and speed.

Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests run on every commit and block bad code from reaching production.
