Role Description
The Quality Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role monitors and evaluates clinical and non-clinical service quality and supports compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits, inspections, and data reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and update quality policies and procedures.
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with departments on quality initiatives.
- Support accreditation and certification activities.
- Train staff on quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient safety and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong quality control and quality management skills are required.
- Experience in quality auditing is required.
- Solid analytical and communication skills are required.
- Relevant healthcare or hospital quality experience is beneficial, preferably in cosmetic or surgical settings.
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, quality management, nursing, or a related field is required.
- Professional certification in quality or accreditation is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to patient safety are required.
- Experience in JCI is preferred.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person at the hospital.
