Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role supports day-to-day HR operations and collaborates with HR Management to help maintain a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and update information in HR systems.
- Assist with recruitment processes and coordinate onboarding and training activities.
- Support benefits administration, attendance tracking, and HR documentation and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries and support HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices is required to support daily HR activities.
- Experience or familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software tools is desirable.
