If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Quality Manager. Reporting to the Site Senior Quality Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
Experience analysing data, identifying trends and creating action plans to drive improvement and resolve issues.
Ability to balance competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Understanding of quality, food safety or technical processes within FMCG or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience investigating issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
Collaborative, resilient and improvement-focused, with a passion for building capability and driving a positive quality culture.
FMCG or food manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of quality systems, food safety, microbiology and analytical testing.
Experience with SAP or similar systems.
Awareness of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Relevant Science, Engineering or Quality qualifications.
